Cashew New Planting programme



    The Directorate of cashewnut and cocoa development intends to implement cashew new planting programme in farmers field in Karnataka and Kerala through panchayat under Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture during the current financial year 2018-19. The main objective of the programme is to develop new plantations with high yielding varieties of cashew. A total financial assistance of Rs.20,000/- per ha for three years including cashew grafts will be provided to the beneficiary farmers under the programme.
